We assist and train government, ORICS, universities, non profits and corporate develop their strategies, policies and systems to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. We have worked with several institutions to help them design and execute their programs. Some of which are

• Worked with HEC to develop policies forOffices of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORICs), Business Incubation Centers (BIC). Trained managers, directors, Chairmen, Deans and PhDs, to setup ORICs in 50 universities across Pakistan.

• Lead Consultants for a number of Incubators and Accelerators to help set their programs. Assisted several universities in establishing their entrepreneurship centers, student entrepreneurship societies and business plan competitions.

• Designed, managed, set up mentor and coaching programs and systems for several organisations.
